Shipping & Returns
Shipping in New Zealand and Australia is free. We use NZ Post, Australia Post and various courier companies. We ship to other countries but please contact us for a shipping rate before placing your order. Unframed prints are shipped in a cardboard tube.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund of the price of the goods only. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be delivered to us within 20 days of the date the item(s) were dispatched for full refund. Returns delivered after 20 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit only. We cannot accept returns received more than 60 days after the original order dispatch date. Please note that all Single Editions are final sale and not returnable.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were dispatched, or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
If you receive goods damaged in transit, then you must notify the courier or take the item to your local postal authority and lodge a complaint. Then contact us as below.
